Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Europe/London time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, product launches, or due to supply chain disruptions. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times and available carriers are shown at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number, if available.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order size or weight. Some orders may qualify for free shipping, as indicated at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any customs-related delays or charges.

6. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch. If issues arise, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to re-ship, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refunds Policy.

8. Prototype or Early-Access Products

Some products may be offered in a prototype or early-access phase of development. These products will be clearly marked as such on the product page and at checkout.

Please note:
  •    Handling and preparation times for prototype products may be longer than for finalized products.
  •    Packaging may differ from future commercial versions and may not include branded or retail-standard materials.
  •    Purchasing a prototype does not entitle you to a replacement or upgrade if a newer version is released later.

We appreciate your support as an early adopter and strive to ensure a positive experience while acknowledging the experimental nature of these units.

9. Software Components

Hardware products may include or interface with both open-source software and proprietary software developed by us. Shipment of the physical product does not convey rights to the software beyond those outlined in our Terms & Conditions or accompanying documentation.

10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted on our Website. Your continued use of our Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
