1. Eligibility for Refunds

    •    Your request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  •    The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components
  •    You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)

2. Prototype and Early-Access Products

Prototype or early-access versions of our products are generally non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or materially defective.

These versions are offered as-is for early adopters and are clearly marked as prototypes at the time of purchase. By purchasing a prototype, you agree that the product may differ from future commercial versions and may not include future updates or improvements.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:


    •    Used, damaged, or altered products (unless defective)
  •    Products returned after the 14-day period
  •    Digital or downloadable components (if any)
  •    Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at our email address shown below with the following:


    •    Your order number
  •    A description of the issue
  •    Photos if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a replacement due to a defect, please contact us and we’ll assess the situation individually.
